Beyond public speaking, Luiz champions self-communication as the foundation of authentic leadership. A passionate traveler, he believes cultural immersion strengthens connections and transcends language barriers. His diverse experience includes delivering presentations at the U.S. Congress, leading global events, survival expeditions, and ultramarathons in the Amazon.
Luiz holds a master’s degree in Media Production from the University of Iowa, where he graduated with honors in Communication. He is also certified in Design Thinking and Executive Production, bringing an innovative approach to developing exceptional communicators.

A former president of FIJE and Honorary President for Latin America at CEIBA, Carolina continues to bridge continents through impactful collaborations.

A former CEO and CTO at AtheroMed (now Philips AtheroMed) and VP of R&D at Asthmatx (Boston Scientific), Chris holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Wharton, with over 90 U.S. patents to his name.
Luciana Duarte, Associate

Luciana is a nurse and lecturer specializing in breast cancer prevention and oncology. With expertise in hematopoiesis and stem cell transplantation, she has served as head nurse in Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation and as a nursing manager. for more than 25 years. A Certified Specialist in Oncology Nursing, Luciana also holds postgraduate qualifications in Public and Hospital Health Administration. She has contributed as deputy coordinator of the Oncology Nursing Specialization course at Araújo Jorge Hospital in Brazil, sharing her knowledge to advance oncology care.
